This house has 106 m2 and is composed of two bedrooms, a bathroom, an open kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a storage room. Aspects that the owner described as essential. The architectural work has a green roof, which sits above of the structure thus showing a commitment to the environment.

The South and East facades are framed by an open-air terrace, allowing one to sit and contemplate the harmony of the coastal environment. The maximum use of the land is one of the key aspects for the well-being of the resident users of every house, that is why architecture studios make use of this knowledge.

Wood and metal profiles play a very important role in this architectural complex. We can find all over the house these materials acting harmoniously.
